CPR and 1st Aid Instructor is Wally Loney. Wally has been with OCEMS full time since May of 1991. He received his EMT License in May of 1980 Paramedic in March of 1992. He became a CPR instructor in 1980 and First Aid instructor in April of 1989. Wally does all of the continuing education for our outlying stations as well as a monthly news letter.
